I definitly have more confidence and I dont let what other people think of me influence my decisions any more. RBD allows you to identify the things in your life that hold you back. It will not elimate them, thats up to you, but it will help you realize what your mind is doing to prevent you from achieving your goals and help you to avoid that programming.
