What is RBD Training Camp? |
RBD Training Camp is not your traditional Boot Camp Training. "Traditional boot camps" focus on training your muscles while neglecting the most powerful entity in your body, the one entity that will make the difference - your mind. Your mind is the "muscle" you use to create your choices around food and exercise. Therefore, without shifting the way you use your mind, you will not be able to create the body you are seeking no matter how disciplined you are with food and exercise. The traditional boot camps work only until you complete them because they only focus on your body and do not alter your thinking. RBD Training Camp is a three month training that targets your mind! |

These trainings occur at the beginning, middle, and end of your three month training cycle with RBD. The trainings are weekend trainings designed to accelerate the results of your physical training regimen by addressing the way your mind chooses your body for you. |

Weekend 1
The first training focuses on discovery.
You will discover how your mind holds you back from reaching your
intention and you will learn about conscious eating, exercising, and achievement. |

Weekend 2
The second training is designed to look at your mid-point results,
how you created them, and how to continue to expand and grow towards your intention. |
 |
Weekend 3
The third training addresses the insights and breakthroughs
that you have experienced throughout your training so you can continue to be successful. |
