The RBD Introduction is a two hour seminar that introduces you to the RBD methodology. During the
introduction you will learn how you stop yourself from achieving your physical fitness goals and how you
can achieve what you choose. The seminar will illustrate how your thinking creates either a
disempowering or an empowering context and how that context creates your results – negative or
positive. To support you on your journey you will also be introduced to the components that comprise
your context and how you can begin to confront your disempowering context and create new results that
you will retain for life.
